
Meet Bridget Bowes
About Bridget
Bridget Bowes is a communications executive elevating companies in their approach to strategy and culture. She spent the past 15 years working in the entertainment and media industry. Beginning her career with The Walt Disney Company, she worked several years at the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts as a character performer before transitioning to their Global Real Estate team where she led all internal and executive communications.
Eventually trading in Cinderella’s Castle for Hogwarts, she moved to NBCUniversal working at Universal Studios Hollywood where she managed all digital employee communications, social media, and employer branding. Bridget transferred within the company to become the Senior Director over all employee communications and experience for the Direct-to-Consumer division, which included, Peacock, Fandango, and all International Networks. Leveraging this experience, she now works with organizations and non-profits to develop a cohesive communications strategy to aid their long-term business growth.
Bridget was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University; a certificate in Digital Media and Marketing from Duke University; and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. She is an avid golfer and volunteers her time with First Tee, which teaches life skills to kids and teens through the game of golf.
